Natalia Urzola est étudiante en doctorat de droit à l'école de droit Elisabeth Haub de l'université Pace. En 2020, elle a obtenu son LL.M à l'Université de Californie, Berkeley. Natalia est directrice des opérations du Réseau mondial pour les droits de l'homme et l'environnement et rapporteuse colombienne du Réseau mondial d'évaluateurs pairs du Sabin Center pour les litiges liés au climat.
